Incorporated in 1992 and wholly owned by Albertan’s, Alberta Environmental Rubber Products (AERP) is Alberta’s largest scrap tire recycling company. AERP has been converting scrap tires, using cutting edge technology, into materials that are used in everything from playgrounds, roofing products and athletic tracks. Our state-of-the-art processing plant in northwest Edmonton produces a variety of high-quality rubber products from shred to rubber crumb. We have become the industry leader through proprietary production techniques, consistently high standards and stringent quality control measures. High Level Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

Vacuuming pipes, crane rails, and equipment from aerial lift
Complete Pre-Job Hazard Assessments and Equipment Pre-Use Inspections
Manually lift heavy materials to assist in loading/unloading and stocking of material
Other general labour duties as required
Use any hand tools that may be required for tasks
Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures

Core Competencies:

Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Ability to actively listen
Must be safety conscious
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task
Confident, resourceful, and highly motivated
Possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude

Education/Experience:

Minimum one (1) year of related experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Production setting
Fall Protection Certification
Aerial Lift/Scissor Lift Certification
