Conducteur occasionnel d'autocars Red Arrow/Casual Red Arrow Motorcoach Operator - Gatineau
Division d'autocars Red Arrow/Red Arrow Motorcoach Division: 100 Bd Gréber, Gatineau, QC

Ce que vous ferez

• Conduire nos autocars à travers les magnifiques paysages de l’Ontario et du Québec.

• Conduire nos autocars de manière professionelle, en respectant toujours le Code de la sécurité routière et les procédures de sécurité de l’entreprise.

• Effectuer les inspections quotidiennes (Ronde de sécurité) des autocars et signaler toute anomalie afin d’assurer une performance optimale.

• Suivre les itinéraires et horaires assignés pour garantir un service ponctuel et efficace.

• Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, notamment en aidant avec les bagages et en répondant aux questions avec courtoisie.

• Tenir à jour les journaux électroniques (Log book) et toute documentation essentielle.

• Respecter rigoureusement les procédures de l’entreprise en matière de sécurité, de formation et d’entretien des véhicules.

Ce que nous recherchons

• Permis de conduire valide de classe BZ ou CZ (Ontario) - Classe 2F/1 (Québec)

• Âge minimum : 25 ans (exigences d’assurance et de permis)

• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en conduite d’autocar

• Dossier de conduite et CVOR sans infractions majeures

• Capacité à soulever un minimum de 50 lb à hauteur d’épaule

• Attitude axée sur le service à la clientèle

• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec expérience en service à la clientèle

• Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision

• Capacité à répondre aux exigences physiques du poste, incluant l’assistance aux passagers et la gestion des bagages

• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer efficacement son temps

• L’emploi est conditionnel à une vérification d’antécédents favorable et à un test pré emploi de dépistage d’alcool et de drogues

Atouts

· Expérience en transport en commun

· Expérience en services nolisés ou circuits touristiques

· Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

What You’ll Do:

· Expertly navigate our motorcoaches across the beautiful landscapes of Ontario & Quebec.

· Operate our vehicles expertly, always adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.

· Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to ensure top performance.

· Stick to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient travel for all.

· Offer outstanding customer service, assisting with baggage, and answering questions with a friendly demeanor.

· Maintain accurate electronic logbooks and essential documentation with care.

· Consistently follow company procedures for safety, training, and vehicle maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• You hold a valid Class BZ or CZ license (Ontario) or Class 2F/1 (Québec)

• Minimum age requirement: 25 years (due to insurance and licensing regulations)

• A minimum of 2-years Motorcoach driving experience

• A clear driver’s abstract and CVOR

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs to shoulder height

• A friendly customer service attitude

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with previous customer service experience

• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• You're fit to handle the demands of the job, including assisting passengers and managing luggage.

• You can work effectively on your own and manage your time efficiently.

• Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening

Bonus Points if You Have:

· Previous Transit Experience is considered an asset

· Previous charter and/or tour experience considered an asset

· Bilingualism (French and English) is a plus!

· Part-time schedule with flexibility — days, evenings, and weekends

· Guaranteed minimum of 2 shifts per week

· 13–14 hour shifts with no overnight travel required
