Do you enjoy working outside and interacting with people from around the world? Join our team at Bear Creek Provincial Park for the 2026 season and spend your days working in one of British Columbia’s most beautiful outdoor environments.

We are currently hiring friendly, reliable, and hardworking Park Operators for both full-time and part-time seasonal positions.

What You'll Do

As a Park Operator, you’ll play an important role in helping visitors enjoy their stay while keeping the park clean, safe, and welcoming.

Your duties will include:

Maintaining campsites and park facilities to BC Parks standards
Cleaning washrooms, common areas and campsites
Collecting recycling and garbage
Checking visitors into the park and providing helpful information
Delivering firewood to campsites
General Park maintenance including grass cutting, irrigation and painting.

What We're Looking For

Friendly personality and strong customer service skills
Someone who enjoys working outdoors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of walking, lifting, and performing outdoor work
Valid driver’s license
