Full job description

Our Client is in pursuit of a Labourer/Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skill in English, excellent organizational abilities, assisting project managers with on-site tasks, This is an ideal entry level opportunity with an excellent opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and updating project schedules, timelines, and task lists.
Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, and vendors.
Track project progress and prepare status reports.
Help ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and well-maintained.
Assist with resource allocation and scheduling.
Conduct research and gather data as needed for project planning.
Support adherence to project deadlines and scope.
Lifting up to 50lbs

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or training in Construction Management & Co-ordination
Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning project management software.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment:

Combination of office and on-site work.
Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility based on project needs.
Travel required between project sites (company vehicle provided).
