Job Title: Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor is a key member of the Guest Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests at Calabogie Peaks Hotel. This role includes handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, promoting resort amenities, and completing nightly audit processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the hotel’s operations. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with reservations for hotel rooms, recreational activities, and other resort amenities.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly and courteously.
- Administrative Duties:
- Run nightly audit reports to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform data entry, maintain guest records, and prepare reports as needed.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and manage correspondence in a professional manner.
- Operations Support:
- Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean and welcoming.
- Perform overnight housekeeping duties including vacuuming, moping dusting etc.
- Collaborate with team members to support seamless operations across the resort.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for short notice scheduling.
- Strong customer service orientation with courteous and professional mannerisms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong oral, written, and phone communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Light lifting, up to 25 lbs, may be required.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
