Princeton is located at the confluence of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers, just one hour from the South Okanagan and three hours from the Lower Mainland. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide strong and effective leadership, including performance management.
Ensure safe and efficient coordination of production activities.
Maximize production capability through technology and best work practices for continuous improvement.
Achieve consistent safety, environmental, operational, and quality objectives by promoting and enforcing policies, rules and regulations.
Ensure standards for housekeeping are maintained.
Be an effective communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three to five years of related supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
Post-secondary education in Woods Products Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred.
Understanding quality and statistical process controls systems is desirable.
Detail oriented, accurate, flexible and strives to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SALARY RANGE: We offer a competitive compensation package based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
