Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate work orders, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Boom Truck Experience: Understand a boom truck with safety and efficiency.
Industry Knowledge: Understand wind-load, structural integrity, and industry best practices to guide decisions in unforeseen circumstances.
Self-Motivated: Work independently leading a team with a commitment to quality.
Problem Solver: Tackle challenges with practical problem-solving skills.

Education and Core Competencies:

Educational Background: Post-education in electrical and/or fabrication with basic construction skills preferred.
Leadership Skills: Manage a team effectively with organization and attention to detail.
In this role you will excel with the ability to lead others to their success by example.

Client Communication: Keep clients informed for a smooth installation process.
Department Growth: Facilitate growth in capacity to handle increased work volume.
