Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician/Nail Tech to join our beauty team in the heart of Blue Mountain Village. This role involves providing high-quality Waterless nail services to clients in a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sanitation standards. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in facial waxing, nail care, brow & lash services and retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities/What we're Looking for

Provide professional Water less nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
Perform facial waxing, Lash & Brow Services with attention to client comfort and safety
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and work areas
Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their experience
Up-sell products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
Communicate clearly with clients about treatments, aftercare instructions, and product usage
Maintain a Professional, Reliable and Positive attitude
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Experience/What we offer

Proven experience as an Esthetician or Nail Technician in a professional setting with a flexible schedule
