Full job description

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead solution design and delivery across our portfolio of M365 client projects. This is a strategic role responsible for bridging client goals with Microsoft technologies—blending technical depth, consulting experience, and vision for the future of work.

You’ll collaborate closely with engagement managers, designers, developers, and change experts to bring high-value, integrated digital workplace experiences to life. You’ll also be an early leader in expanding our Copilot readiness and extensibility offerings.

What You’ll Do

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead discovery and design sessions to define business needs and technical requirements.
Architect Microsoft 365 solutions that incorporate SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Viva, and Copilot capabilities.
Design logical and physical architectures, including site structures, permission models, taxonomy, and integration flows.
Produce high-quality solution documentation, diagrams, and governance plans.

Innovation & Integration

Identify and prototype opportunities to extend the M365 platform using Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Azure Functions, or custom APIs.
Lead client enablement for Microsoft Copilot readiness, including content architecture, security, and plugin extensibility.
Design secure, scalable integrations between M365 and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday).

Client Engagement & Delivery

Serve as technical lead on projects—providing direction to developers, QA, and other consultants.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, from technical teams to business executives.
Support pre-sales efforts by shaping solution proposals, estimates, and technical demos.

Practice Development

Mentor junior team members and support skill development in architecture, M365 best practices, and AI integration.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, emerging tools (e.g., Loop, Viva, Copilot Studio), and ecosystem innovations.
Help shape reusable solution templates, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.

What You Bring

8+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, compliance, and security models.
Strong expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Graph API.
Hands-on experience designing or advising on Copilot readiness (semantic indexing, security trimming, metadata design).
Experience architecting M365 integrations with external systems via API, Logic Apps, or middleware platforms.
Excellent consulting and facilitation skills, including client communication, stakeholder alignment, and documentation.
Familiarity with modern development concepts (e.g., SPFx, Azure Functions, CI/CD, DevOps for M365).
A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, lightly structured environments and can lead both strategy and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-600, SC-300) are a strong asset.
