Position Summary
Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing small engines, performing routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural, construction, and turf equipment, assisting with larger equipment repairs as needed, completing equipment set-up and inspections, and supporting general shop maintenance and organization. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to take on a wide range of tasks in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on agricultural, construction, turf, and lawn & garden equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and small engine issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and seasonal service on customer and dealership equipment
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare new and used equipment for sale or delivery
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, belt replacements, tire repairs, battery replacements, and other general service work
- Operate shop tools, diagnostic equipment, forklifts, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and company quality standards
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Service Department and dealership operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Requirement: Experience in RELATED field (agriculture, construction)
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of agricultural, construction, turf, or heavy equipment considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in various positions for extended periods throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordy
