Workin at the front desk is chill and interacting with the customers is just like any other sales job. Working somewhere with a racetrack is cool ngl, but the company doesn’t care about the staff. Hours are non existent, they say you get a performance review every 8 months but it doesn’t happen, can’t really book time off. Commissions are really low compared to what you’re selling. You don’t really feel like you’re contributing to anything special. The job itself wouldn’t be that stressful if it wasn’t for the management. The environment can have a lot of drama and management seems like they encourage it. No chance for promotions because they never change the supervisors. Some of the coworkers were chill and made the experience better

Fix the few carts with actual problems for like 2 hours, try to look busy for the rest.

- management:
Under new management, way to stuck up.  Boss messed over a long time employ, no trust in the company or management. Wont put mechanics on tips even though we hold this place up. Also whoever is in charge of ordering parts needs to do a better job. 

- workplace culture:
A lot of early 20 years old, fun to talk to, not much else.

- the hardest part of the job:
looking busy for 8 hours

- the most enjoyable part of the job
There really isn't much, the pay is bad, hours are bad. 

Not the best place to work. 
Management is untrustworthy.
Coworkers are immature always causing drama, very unprofessional.
People steal your tips, you also don’t get your tips at all unless you have all your “stars” for the week. Implement rules but once you report rules being broken you get in trouble for it. A lot of favouritism, managers don’t do their job and never answer the walkies because their too busy in the back. they have only one good manager in that whole place. don’t get me wrong it was fun at first working there but got extremely tiring and draining coming with all the drama and poor management.

The company is well built and maintained for an efficient, friendly and optimistic environment.

The pace can be difficult, but it’s worth the effort. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a younger crowd, be prepared to shift perspectives to a younger generation. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I rotate between tasks to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

No one is on the same page, parts are not ordered properly, the 'facility' handyman is unclear, and things seem to be thrown at the wall in hopes to stick.  When they do not work, the blame is put on facility managers, causing tension with staff which in turn causes an endless cycle of hiring, firing and negative vibes.

Worked as mechanic for nearly a year, helped to build the track and set up karts. Had a great, energetic and young team to work with throughout.

The management was understanding and flexible to the employees, but there always exist a learning curve in both sides.

Great place to start your career for learning work ethics.

Pros:
The work is typically easy
Free races after three months probation

Cons:
Upper management runs the company like a dictatorship
In house management [mostly] sucks
Low wage
Over staffed on weekdays, understaffed on weekends
Training is ineffective, meaning coworkers can be useless
Bad customers make the work extremely stressful

not a great place to work. management is biased and untrustworthy. they let customers  harass  employees. coworkers are childish and immature. rules
fluctuate based on who is working and who allows what. such an  unprofessional  place with unprofessional people. 
made life miserable. do not work here!

Worked there for almost a year I enjoyed the people and the the culture but in the kitchen there was no help if your a cook DO NOT APPLY. There is no growing in the company at all

To sum it up: No hours (1-2 shifts/week), poor/immature management, immature co workers (gossip/drama) contributing to a toxic work environment, unreasonable sales expectations and inaccuracy in tip distribution. Would absolutely not recommend.
