the staffs are friendly except some sous from the kitchen. it is decently buy during the summer but very dead in the winter. so do not believe that anything management promising you during the busy summer and they will ditch you in the winter . the f/b and executive chef are pretty lazy and irresponsible. they usually just ditch the team and leave every day early despite   how busy the night is and the poorly staffing.

The executive chef works hard to provide a great work environment, the kitchen staff including the sous chefs are very good at what they do and the foh staff are working together with the kitchen staff to ensure a great work atmosphere

This was the second Golf club that I worked for as a server and beverage cart staff.  It was a great place to work, free uniforms,  good staff meals, and the manager was very flexible with the time I needed for school and doctors.  I am hoping to get re-hired again next summer.

They are a terrible company to work for. They have no respect for the staff, hire people who can’t do the job putting pressure on other staff. 
No management whatsoever, everyone is allowed to Do whatever they want. 

Place is good to work, just high turn over with employees, but none the less staff is good, just a lack of communication within management,  not much room to grow.

The staff is great. The culture is positive. Most want to work as a team. The club is open all year round. Beautiful view of golf course from restauarant.

The management is really nice and they are very accommodating to student schedules.  Ability to move around within the organization.
