I enjoyed a typical work day. Very hands on and always busy.
 I learned how to operate multiple types of machines and how to problem solve quickly. The management was a little sloppy because there were three shifts. Their communication skills need a little work.
 My co-workers were hit and miss. I was pleasant with everyone but some were more dramatic then I would like. We all would help each other if we found the free time and never discredited anyone.
 The hardest part of the job was making sure I took my breaks on time and trying to avoid getting pulled in to others business.
 I enjoyed the people I got to know and I still think of them as my family. I also liked knowing what I was doing and how confident it made me feel.
 Sadly my place of work was making changes and head management demanded a down-size.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexibility and friendly people

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The cleanliness of the work place specially in the offices in the middle of facility is questionable.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great people and work culture. There are no micromanagement and people are generally responsible and accountable. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mostly project works, working on the  part design and CAD work, working with other engineers, review the test reports and preparation of presentations for clients and management

The people on the floor are great for the most part, it really is what keeps many people working there. Upper managment tends to mismanage to such a degree that the business has almost gone bankrupt several times. Everyone works very hard but due to being short staffed and managment relying on the employees for literally everything outside of data input, sales,  scheduling, and payroll it forces the environment to be very stressful and disconnected

typical 40 hours per week work, usually you don't need to work over time and pretty much work and life balanced but the pay is not good.
You will learn a lot about plastics and rubber injection molding parts.

I worked at this company for over 10 years, there have been ups and downs. The best part about working at Wegu was the employees. Management was always accommodating. 

Typical day at work varies for everyone and what they do in the warehouse. It's typically making parts out of plastic or rubber using a machine, or without.

I enjoyed the job when I started.  I go in and do my job but there has been layoffs as of lately and there does not appear to be any room for advancement in the future.

I think what keeps alot of people working there are the people on the floor. There is a family vibe and everyone supports each other and are very nice.
