What is the best part of working at the company?
i would say the best part is the work environment, I have never worked in such a great place where it is like one big family i can truly say i have never been this happy at work ever in my life. Hazpro is my Family, Hazpro is my life.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
this is a hard question because everyone works together and helps each other to make sure that no one is under to much stress. maybe when i job is getting close to being finished and you are unsure if you can finish on time but by that time some one is already on their way to help you

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
family oriented and very friendly

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
start your day with a nice meeting to find out where you are going have a nice coffee with the hazpro family maybe some toast or oatmeal that is provided as a light breakfast option, then off to your job

Foreman meet first thing to discuss either ongoing jobs or new jobs that day and layout what materials are needed for which locations. Gathering materials needed and loading vehicle unless help from crew is required. Crew arrives and we head to the job site. Balancing work life and home life can be difficult for many people so the goal is to allow for a positive comfortable environment without losing sight of task at hand, while at work each employee is an extension of the company and should be viewed within a manner that displays the companies values. Often that is easier said than done but with work specific clothing and company shirts it allows for easier transition for those new to the industry.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I had a great experience working with this company.  As a young woman in the trades, I felt supported while navigating a challenging and technical field that was new to me. Safety, professionalism, and quality work were always top priorities, and the team maintained high standards across every project.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was probably the high pressure nature of hazmat work, especially when dealing with tight timelines and strict safety requirements. The work is demanding, but that also comes with the responsibility of doing things the right way

I would come into work check vehicles for fuel levels go and fill them up., I would check the job board to see if there was any last minute changes and get any extra supplies needed for the job for that day. we would have our morning operations meeting to discuss any safety issues. I would then organize the crews to the vehicle that was going out to job and made sure they were all out by 10 after 8. I would then continue with my tasks for the day. I learned to be a leader, give direction and how to manage a warehouse. The work place environment was positive.

Cannot express how amazing this company is to work for, compared to many other outfits, they are very organized. Daily morning meetings, weekly paid training, paid for company events and activities, and even lunch as a team sometimes!  This company has exceeded my expectations just a few months after I started, and it’s where I plan to be as long as I see fit! Tons of room to grow, and it’s all at your own pace. They push only when you are willing to make an effort to learn more and want to advance.

I have been working with Hazpro Environmental for a while now. During my time here they have always been flexible and welcoming. My day to day is always rewarding. I've learned so much and I've never had any issues being with this company. Always fair and all the staff ranging from hazmat techs to upper management are amazing people! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great stable company to apply here. We make sure our techs can move up the level quickly while always learning new things.

Please NEVER work for this company, they are the worst kind of people I've ever met or worked for... I  can't believe the way they treat their staff, it's 100% illegal. Our whole crew got was treated like garbage, the crew was all great guys and hard workers, that would do 10+ hour days in the scorching heat around dangerous product... All of which were lied to constantly, put to work in the worst conditions, randomly just ghosted or let go as soon as work got slow.

As someone with a decent amount of experience in another company I was skeptical to do it again somewhere else. Hazpro has been a pleasant surprise all the way through with a clear pay ladder, benefits and the opportunity for bonuses. The crew is a great group of people who not only care about what they do but also the people they work with. 

Working at Hazpro has been a great experience. Management is understanding, friendly, and easy to talk to, creating a supportive and positive work environment. They are motivating and genuinely care about their team. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference day to day. As life can get hectic at times, the support and flexibility provided by both management and coworkers is truly appreciated

Very hard work most of the time but the management and other staff make sure you have a good day and do everything they can to ensure you stay motivated and enjoy your days, coworkers are all great and fun to hangout with every morning before leaving to sites. Lots of opportunities to move up.
