The place would be a lot better if they listened to their employees and opened dialogue about hours and positions. There are other places they could improve, like hiring because they over did it, firing because they took quite a bit to fire people that really needed to be let go, and lastly they could improve their organization skills. I gave them paper work day two to have direct deposit and they haven't done it or told me they need new papers because mine were misplaced. I know they are new and get some slack for it but after the trainers from corporate left, everything started going downhill, including the food.

this was actually my first job, I got hired on by the manager very quickly because he understood that he be able to withhold money from me because I didn't know any better.The staff was sure that he was skimming tips, he let the underage people drink so they didn't want to report him, it was just a mess. I actually never even got paid my vacation pay which was probably 400 or more dollars when I left. And when I asked him where it was he gave me a look as though he was pretending he didn't know but he knew what he was doing.

Part-Time Summer/Fall work; awesome place!

Only issue was during rushes, the kitchen would occasionally fall behind, but co-workers never lost the teamwork mentality.

Good hours, good food, and great team environment!
Loved hosting and brightening someone's day. 

Hardest part of job was dealing with a hectic rush, but also a great rewarding and accomplished feeling afterwards. 

Overall, Great Place to devote my time to. :)

Over all working at mr.mikes is a very busy job there is room to advance in the company but watch the your paychecks the more overtime you do the more they mess up I left there with them still owing me for overtime one a major holiday

a typical day at mr. mikes was you would get to work clock in and start filling orders for the customers. after a long day of dealing with the hot kitchen you went home and hope you didnt have to go back as most people that work in a kitchen do.

I was required to be there from open to close 7 days a week, enjoy most off the job just didn’t like the no time off. The best part was the staff we tried to make it as easy going laid back place to work,

fast paced shifts, friendly co workers,always on your feet.
Not a very flexible schedule, lots of miss management. Learned how to prep and manage coolers, work dish pits, handle multiple orders at once.

I loved working here, however as a hostess i was paid minimum wage, and tipouts were never more than 20$. not a good job for under 18s who need to make some money. however i loved the management and everyone i worked with

some of the staff was great to work with depending on the team and who was all working together we would put out great service and food when a great team was present. my team in the kitchen was great as well during day shift,

Overall the business is improving since opening in December. Everyday is different because I'm assigned different tasks as hostess which makes work more enjoyable.
