That they enables me to start working with honest clients which respect my rights to make sure of the ways of paying for my work when I treat with them through my upwork account.

It's good for me to make sure that when I do my job perfectly I will get paid as soon as I receive my tasks.

When I received a massage to start working with a company as a translator.

Upwork is a platform that connects me with clients so its not really a job. I've received countless opportunities from various clients worldwide over the past 11 years. It catapulted my career. They do take a commission, which ranges from 10-20% but that comes with a lot of value.

Worked as freelancer on this since it was previously known as Odesk, nowadays it is really hard to find work being JSS,  connects and other new additions where a client can give 4/5 rating and JSS would reduce from 100 to 80 and finding projects would become more and more impossible.

Management is great and coworkers are amazing. It’s like a family company, you’ll feel at home on your first day. The environment has a warm feel. You’ll love it here! A great freelance platform and network hub.

Upwork serves as a great platform to meet new clients and the website interface is fairly simple to use. I just wish that the % in which Upwork takes from Freelancers could be less. 

Good company to do freelance , flexible , I got lot of projects from United States , Canada and Australia. Time management with time sheet. And payment security 

Working as a freelancer isn't easy, but at Upwork I was able to find projects that match my availability and skills. That's a great point of start to anyone looking to freelance. 

Good place to have 2nd job for freelancing. Both you and the client are protected using it and many options of jobs to choose from. Upwork is good for start ups as well

Decent compensation and benefits but leadership did NOT promote a healthy work/life balance and did NOT stand behind hard workers when the company started layoffs.

It is a flexible platform that allows one to create a work-like balance that is needed. Give the flexibility of working anywhere while learning new ways and processes.
