Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties

Perform cleaning and custodial tasks across hotel public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly support to guests throughout their stay.
Maintain hotel cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
Support industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of common areas or specialized spaces.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to uphold health standards and prevent accidents.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality practices.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
