Service Coordinator

Overview of the Role

To provide support while ensuring smooth business operations and managing tasks for the business while collaborating with management.

Equipment

Create a maintenance program utilizing information from QuickBooks Online and manual documents

Ensure the equipment and inventory area is organized and proper working order on a regular basis

Maintain product knowledge of current EcoWater equipment specifications to best assist clients

Perform inventory audits when required and track the information in Excel

Implement a GPS process for the company vehicles in QuickBooks Online

Financial

Complete data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables into QuickBooks Online

Upload and populate purchase orders into QuickBooks Online

Office

Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records which will involve uploading manual documents to QuickBooks Online

Prepare daily operational reports for the field team

Update client contact information in QuickBooks Online

Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met

Assist with FaceBook advertising

Customer Care

Engage with past, present, future clients via phone and e-mail

Client satisfaction remains a top focus through the eb and flow of the business requirements

Education

Degree, diploma, or certificate is considered an asset

Experience

2+ years relevant experience

Plumbing or a service background is preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office 365

Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
