Compensation: $19.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills

Como Lake Animal Hospital has an opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVT) to join our established network of highly skilled professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Have completed a Veterinary Technologist or AHT program; eligible to register in British Columbia. Preparing to write your VTNE? We can help!
Knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, dentistry, venipuncture, and pharmacy

Surgical preparation, assistance and patient recovery
Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records
Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients and their pet parents
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to problem-solve or the ability to ask clarifying questions to help you find solutions
Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues and pet parents
