Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of our lively hospitality environment! In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, craft delicious beverages, and create memorable experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality.
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff at all times.

Skills

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with service standards.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cash handling.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions, change calculation, and order management.
Experience in serving or bartending roles that demonstrate hospitality expertise and professionalism.
