Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Bradford, ON. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, steady hours, and being part of a safety-focused production team.

As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production by operating equipment, handling materials, monitoring quality, and keeping workflow moving efficiently. This opportunity offers stable full-time hours, a four-day work week with a Friday half-day, and the potential to grow into permanent employment.

You will be joining a supportive manufacturing environment that values teamwork, attendance, safety, and quality. Candidates who take pride in consistent work, attention to detail, and contributing to a positive team culture will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently according to work instructions and production schedules.
Load raw materials into equipment and remove finished products from machinery.
Monitor machine performance and report mechanical, quality, or production concerns.
Inspect products to ensure they meet required quality specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Assist with general production duties and support team members as required.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $18.55 per hour.
Afternoon shift premium: Additional $2.00 per hour.
Annual salary range: $38,584 to $42,744 per year.
Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
Location: Bradford, ON.
Straight Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, possible Friday half-day.
Straight Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, possible Friday half-day.
Stable, full-time hours.
Opportunity for permanent employment.
