JOB – HEAVY EQUIPEMENT OPERATOR - CRUSHERS

· Full Time, Seasonal

· Work Location: On the road

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Loader Operators: Feed the crusher with aggregates or assist with stockpiling into correct piles

· Crusher Operators (Tower): maintain a bird's eye view of the entire plant watching for problems and shutting down the control system in when needed to prevent excess overflow

· Excavator Operators: Operate Excavator in the pit, load safely the blasted rocks to rock trucks for crushing operations.

· Responsible for the safe operation & condition

· Maintenance/Labor is required when mobilizing the crushers or repairs

· Monitor performance and mechanical fitness

· Conduct Daily Pre-Trip Inspections

· Other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

· Crusher Operator (Tower):no experience required; training provided.

· Loader Operator:3 yrs. experience required; training provided.

· Excavator Operator: 3 yrs. experience required; training provided.

· Previous experience as an operator would be an asset.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Power Tools.

· Must possess a valid driver's license

· Must be willing to travel.

RESPONSABILITÉS

· Opérateurs de chargeuses : alimentez le concasseur avec des agrégats ou aidez au stockage en tas corrects

· Opérateurs de concasseur (tour) : maintenir une vue d'ensemble de l'ensemble de l'usine en surveillant les problèmes et en arrêtant le système de contrôle en cas de besoin pour éviter un débordement excessif

· Opérateurs d'excavatrice : Faire fonctionner l'excavatrice dans la fosse, charger en toute sécurité les roches dynamitées dans des camions à roche pour les opérations de concassage.

· Responsable du fonctionnement et de l'état de sécurité

· L'entretien/la main-d'œuvre est nécessaire lors de la mobilisation des concasseurs ou des réparations

· Surveiller les performances et l'aptitude mécanique

· Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes avant le départ

· Autres tâches connexes selon les besoins

QUALIFICATIONS

· Opérateurs de concasseur (tour) : aucune expérience requise ; formation dispensée

· Opérateurs de chargeuse : 3 ans d’expérience requise; formation dispensée.

· Opérateurs d'excavatrice : 3 ans d’expérience requise; formation dispensée.

· Une expérience antérieure en tant qu'opérateur serait un atout.

· Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience de travail avec des outils.

· Doit posséder un permis de conduire

· Doit être prêt à voyager
