Pay: $21.90 - $26.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Completing general machine operations daily.
Operating large machinery including a plasma table and CNC brake press.
Operating saws, drill press, iron worker, etc.
Basic mathematical, mechanical, and technical skills are considered an asset.
Willingness and capacity to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work.
Perform, set up and operate a variety of metal working equipment.
Follow all safety regulations in accordance with OHSA and company policies.

Requirements

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing
Ability to work within a team and independently
Ability to operate an overhead crane (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset)
Ability to operate heavy machinery, tools, etc.
Able to operate forklifts (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset)
CNC experience is considered an asset (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset)
Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, lifting 50 pounds, and bending
Great communication skills
Has an eye for detail
Enjoys working with machines

Work Location: This role requires you to work in person at our main location, located at 071213 10th Line, Orton ON.
