Recruitment Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Markham, ON (14th Ave & Woodbine Ave)
Industry: Staffing & Recruitment
Pay: $18–$22/hour + Mileage Reimbursement + Performance Bonus

About Us

Provalue Group is a growing staffing and recruitment company serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (English/Mandarin) Office Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating operations, and building a career in recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Administrative Support

Answer incoming calls and respond to employee and client inquiries.
Register new employees and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate employee schedules and attendance.
Communicate daily with client supervisors regarding staffing needs.
Assist with shift changes and workforce allocation.
Prepare daily reports and administrative documents.

Employee & Client Support

Assist with employee onboarding and workplace orientation.
Support employees with documentation and attendance procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and managers.
Provide ongoing support to newly assigned employees.
Identify changing staffing requirements and communicate them to the operations team.

Qualifications

✔ Fluent in both English and Mandarin

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

✔ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

✔ Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence

✔ Reliable vehicle required

✔ Willingness to travel within the GTA when needed

✔ Previous experience in customer service, office administration, recruitment, or staffing is considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Markham, ON L3R 9T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Language:

Mandarin and English (required)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
