Triple Eight Transport is seeking a detail-oriented Property Data Coordinator to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records.

You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of information within our MRI system by entering, validating, and maintaining data while supporting administrative and document management activities.

Responsibilities include:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain records within the MRI system.
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information against source documents and reports.
Perform routine quality checks and promptly identify and correct discrepancies.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
Assist with data collection by gathering information from internal teams and external stakeholders, including property management companies.
Support administrative functions including scanning, filing, document organization, and record management.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze, reconcile, and validate data against MRI records.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies regarding sensitive information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management processes and efficiencies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, lookups, pivot tables are considered an asset).
Experience working with ERP, property management, or database systems (MRI experience is a strong asset).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
