About Cesaroni Technology Incorporated

Cesaroni Technology Incorporated (CTI) is a Canadian engineering and manufacturing company specializing in aerospace propulsion systems, ammunition components, polymeric heat exchangers, and custom test equipment. We are looking for a motivated Millwright Apprentice to join our team and develop their skills in a diverse manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

The Millwright Apprentice will work alongside experienced maintenance personnel to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple departments while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

Assist with preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
Assist with equipment installations, alignments, and commissioning.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Support facility maintenance, including pumps, compressors, ventilation systems, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
Assist with diagnosing equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) (433A) program at a recognized college or training institution.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings is considered an asset.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift experience is considered an asset.
