Office Administrator & Customer Service Coordinator

We R Tops | Burlington, ON
Full-Time | Permanent | In-Person

Join Our Team

We R Tops is a family-owned countertop company that has proudly served homeowners, contractors, and builders for over 25 years. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Office Administrator & Customer Service Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while keeping our office running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in the countertop or design industry is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Hours

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends and statutory holidays off
Starting three weeks vacation

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Welcome customers and assist them with countertop selections by providing product information, colour options, and guidance
Prepare customer quotations and follow up when required
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Create invoices and process customer payments using QuickBooks
Assist with accounts payable, including paying vendors and employees
Coordinate scheduling for templating, installations, and other office activities
Order materials and communicate with suppliers
Maintain organized office records and filing systems
Provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and professional
Positive, dependable, and enjoys working with customers
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
3 years of previous experience in office and customer service roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Drive, and general computer applications
Experienced with QuickBooks (preferred)

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the countertop, cabinetry, kitchen, renovation, construction, or interior design industry
Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience
