Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team. As past of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Manage all food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, dining areas, and bar - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient and effective service - Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to meet budgetary goals - Collaborate with the executive chef to create menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions - Oversee the planning and execution of special events and catering services - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience Experience: - Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required - Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management - Ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback - Experience in menu planning, cost control, and managing budgets - Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques is preferred - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus If you are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
