The Senior Analyst, Learning and Development leads and develops talent and learning initiatives, including Live Better U, future skills and learning pathways. This role collaborates with business partners, manages resources and budgets, and integrates new technologies and content to enhance learning experiences.
The Senior Analyst, Learning and Development develops and executes project plans for talent and learning projects from inception through evaluation. This role holds regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure timelines, outcomes, and budgets are met, and forecasts upcoming work and potential conflicts. Collaborates with business partners and internal teams to plan and curate the integration of new skills into existing programs, courses, and learning pathways, including the identification and sourcing of third-party content.
Deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and trend analysis and interpret learning and talent data to inform program decisions and strategy. Ensure seamless execution and measurable impact for future skills programs including Live Better U.
The role involves collaborating on the evolution of design standards, gathering feedback to refine approaches, supporting bilingual deployment requirements, and ensuring quality assurance for print and online materials. Supports temporary design or technology project resources as needed.
Curate and distribute communication about teams offerings, program updates and learning opportunities to associates including creation and maintenance of intranet resources (WIRE), digital asset library, and internal communication channels.
Adapts plans based on changing business priorities, creating flexible solutions that meet business and end-user needs while communicating possible trade-offs to partners. Manages scope changes and maintains positive work relationships through collaborative efforts. Stays informed on new technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the learning strategy. Manages the design, deployment, and delivery of skills programs and curated pathways in partnership with relevant teams to support career development and role success profiles.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze learning data, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with experience consulting and collaborating across functions.
- Skilled in digital content authoring, curation, and asset management, preferably with intranet or learning platform experience.
- Excellent written communication skills and experience drafting program communications.
- Demonstrated project support and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech agility and adaptability; comfortable learning and applying new digital tools and systems.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related area.
- Experience with data analytics (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) preferred.
- Experience with content authoring tools is an asset.
Certification in Learning & Development, HR, or Analytics (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, or equivalent) is an asset but not required.

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $101,750.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
