About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about solving complex problems through technology? We're looking for a Systems Engineer, Digital to join a collaborative team focused on modernizing business operations through software development, automation, cloud technologies, and emerging AI solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional or recent Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering graduate who enjoys building innovative solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technology leaders to develop applications, automate workflows, integrate systems, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

Your Responsibilities

You'll develop software solutions, scripts, and automation tools that improve operational efficiency.
You'll collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to design, build, and enhance digital applications.
You'll support system integrations through APIs and modern development practices.
You'll leverage Python and other programming languages to streamline workflows and solve business challenges.
You'll contribute to AI and emerging technology initiatives, including evaluating and implementing innovative solutions.
You'll participate in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience programming in Python, C#, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
Exposure to AI, machine learning, generative AI, or LLM-based projects through academic, personal, or professional experience.
Experience working with SQL, APIs, Git, and modern software development practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is considered an asset.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for learning new technologies.
Experience building automation tools, dashboards, or internal applications through internships, co-op placements, or personal projects is highly valued.
