THE GIG

Run the kitchen like a conductor runs an orchestra — keeping the line moving fast and smooth, even on the biggest game nights
Set the bar (pun intended) for food quality, consistency, and presentation on every single plate
Bring next-level attention to detail to prep, plating, portioning, and cleanliness, without ever slowing the pace
Plan prep lists, staffing, and order timing so the kitchen is always ahead of the rush, never chasing it
Train, coach, and hype up the team, helping newer cooks level up their speed and confidence
Play peacekeeper when tempers flare or personalities clash — keep the kitchen calm, focused, and drama-free
Jump in wherever you're needed — true team players don't just guard their own station
Handle inventory, ordering, and waste control like a pro who actually cares about the budget
Keep food safety and health code standards locked in, always
