The Role

Delegates work to employees
Must be able to read, understand and apply information obtained from blueprints, surveys and job specifications.
Conduct on-site safety orientation and maintain daily safety reports
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
Achieving project schedule milestones
Perform quality control duties
Other duties as assigned, must have strong critical thinking, coordination, time management, listening, communication and reasoning skills

Who you are

You have a minimum 5 years of Site Superintendent experience

Someone who likes challenges and a fast paced environment with advancement opportunities
Organizational and time management skills
Equipment operating and pipe installation experience preferred
A valid BC driver's license
Knowledge of MMCD contracts an asset
The ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and to recognize problems when they occur and to work towards the solution of those problems
Ability to exercise good judgement when carrying out duties and to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and the public
