About The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide electrical support for all production equipment and maintain electrical circuits and machines in top working condition. Be proactive on preventative maintenance and machine control upgrades. Provide and suggest needed changes to equipment to add reliability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify Fanuc robotics system used in injection molding and downstream automation, including program changes, touch up, and recovery following faults or tooling changes.
Support, troubleshoot and repair molding machines, automated assembly fixtures and auxiliary equipment, performing electrical, sensor, and control adjustments to maintain quality, cycle time, and uptime.
Coordinate electrical and robotic support during frequent mold changeovers, including robot teaching adjustments, end of arm tooling verification, safety device checks, and automation re integration.
Diagnose and resolve automation related downtime using PLCs, robot HMIs, vision systems, sensors, and IO, while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to improve system reliability and repeatability.
P rovide preventive/predictive maintenance services.
Repair electronic cards and modify electrical circuits as required for custom molding machinery.
Calibrate measuring and testing equipment
Read blueprints.
Have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Document all maintenance schedules and use asset management systems for work order entry
B e actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities, make recommendations and follow-up accordingly.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:

Machine control software programming
Multiple drive (AD, DC, Servo, etc.) application and programming
442A License
309A is also acceptable
