Inside Sales Representative – Construction Equipment (Warm Leads Provided)

Location: Scarborough, ON (In Office)
Job Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and closing sales. This is not a cold-calling position. We provide the leads—you focus on converting them into satisfied customers.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming sales calls and assist customers with product recommendations.
Follow up on abandoned shopping carts.
Contact customers who have requested quotes.
Respond to email inquiries.
Follow up with company-provided leads.
Re-engage previous quotes that have gone cold.
Build relationships with existing customers and follow up on opportunities to sell new equipment, replacement parts, accessories, consumables, and additional machines.
Upsell complementary products and accessories that provide value to customers.
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through final sale.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner.
Sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred.
Strong work ethic with a desire to earn commission.
Comfortable speaking with contractors, business owners, and industrial customers.
Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Construction or equipment industry experience is an asset but not required—we will train the right person.

Compensation

Hourly Wage + Uncapped Commission

Earn commission on personally closed sales from:

Incoming phone calls
Abandoned cart recoveries
Quote follow-ups
Email inquiries
Company-provided purchased leads
Reactivated previous quotes
Following up with existing customers to sell new equipment, replacement parts, accessories, consumables, and additional machines

There is no cap on commission. The more you sell, the more you earn.
