Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sever to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a vital member of our hospitality crew, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy memorable dining moments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every shift is an opportunity to shine.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct for timely delivery
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing clear receipts and change
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation standards and food handling protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
Assist guests with inquiries or concerns promptly to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty

Experience

Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but training will be provided
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling
Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that emphasize customer satisfaction and upselling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
