About INTE Modular

INTE Modular is a growing modular construction company focused on delivering innovative, efficient, and high-quality building solutions. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support new business development, client relationships, and sales growth.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and supporting the overall sales and business development strategy of INTE Modular.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, proactive, confident, and eager to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable approaching new clients, maintaining regular follow-up, and working closely with internal teams to move opportunities forward.

Modular construction & IT experience is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new sales and business development opportunities.
Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, consultants, owners, and industry partners.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients and ensure timely communication.
Support proposal coordination, presentations, client meetings, and opportunity tracking.
Work closely with estimating, design, operations, and project management teams to respond to client needs.
Understand client requirements and present INTE Modular’s solutions in a clear and professional manner.
Attend client meetings, networking events, trade shows, site visits, and industry events as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming construction opportunities.
Represent INTE Modular professionally and positively in the marketplace.
Support the company’s sales targets, growth plans, and business development initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry contacts.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business communication tools.
Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.

Experience

7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, client relations, account management, or a related role.
Experience developing sales leads, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Construction industry experience is considered an asset.
Modular construction experience is considered a strong asset.
Experience in the technology, IT infrastructure, or data Centre sector is considered an asset.
Experience working with developers, general contractors, consultants, architects, technology partners, or project stakeholders is preferred.

Support the conversion of leads into qualified opportunities and projects.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Work effectively with estimating, design, operations, and project management teams.
Represent INTE Modular professionally at meetings, events, and industry functions.
Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and accountability in achieving sales objectives.
Contribute to INTE Modular’s market presence, revenue growth, and long-term business development goals.

Working Conditions

Office-based role with travel required for client meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry events.

May require occasional work outside regular business hours to attend events or meet client requirements.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
