SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

Bixlers est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de comptes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) vers le service à la clientèle afin de soutenir nos clients manufacturiers et nos équipes internes tout au long du processus de traitement des commandes.

Ce poste combine le soutien à la clientèle, la coordination des commandes et le soutien administratif à la production. La personne retenue agira comme personne-ressource entre les clients et les différents départements internes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des commandes, le respect des échéanciers et une expérience client exceptionnelle tout au long du processus de fabrication.

Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne qui aime coordonner plusieurs dossiers simultanément, résoudre des problèmes et offrir un service à la clientèle de grande qualité dans un environnement dynamique.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Coordination des comptes et soutien à la clientèle

Agir comme principal point de contact pour les comptes clients assignés.
Développer et maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients grâce à une communication proactive et un service de qualité.
Fournir aux clients des mises à jour sur les commandes, les échéanciers de production et les dates de livraison.
Préparer les soumissions et participer à l’intégration des nouveaux clients.
Répondre aux demandes des clients et coordonner le traitement des retours et des demandes de service.
Soutenir les gestionnaires de comptes et l’équipe des ventes, au besoin.

Coordination des commandes et de la production

Coordonner les commandes, de leur réception jusqu’à leur livraison finale.
Assurer le suivi des calendriers de production et des priorités afin de respecter les échéanciers.
Collaborer avec les équipes de design, CAO (CAD), production et contrôle de la qualité afin de répondre aux exigences des clients.
Effectuer une vérification finale des commandes afin d’en assurer l’exactitude avant l’expédition.
Préparer et distribuer les rapports d’avancement de la production.

Soutien administratif

Maintenir à jour les renseignements sur les clients et les commandes dans Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Participer à la saisie des commandes de production et à la préparation de la documentation manufacturière.
Coordonner les activités avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes, au besoin.
Soutenir la préparation des documents d’expédition, la coordination de la facturation et le rapprochement des commandes.
Maintenir des dossiers complets, organisés et à jour.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, commerce, gestion des opérations, chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Deux (2) à trois (3) années ou plus d’expérience en coordination de comptes, service à la clientèle, gestion des commandes, coordination de production ou dans un poste similaire.
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Grande rigueur et souci du détail.
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
Une expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central constitue un atout.
Une expérience dans les secteurs de la joaillerie, des produits de luxe, de la mode, de la fabrication ou des produits sur mesure constitue un atout.
Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

POSITION SUMMARY

Bixlers is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our manufacturing clients and internal teams throughout the order fulfillment process.

This role combines customer support, order coordination, and production administration. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring orders move efficiently through production, timelines are met, and clients receive exceptional service throughout the manufacturing process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Coordination & Client Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Provide clients with order updates, production timelines, and delivery information.
Prepare quotations and assist with new client onboarding.
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate the resolution of service requests and returns.
Support Account Managers and Sales representatives as needed.

Order & Production Coordination

Coordinate customer orders from receipt through final delivery.
Monitor production schedules and follow up on priorities and deadlines.
Collaborate with Design, CAD, Production, and Quality teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Perform final order reviews to verify accuracy prior to shipment.
Prepare and distribute regular production status reports.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate customer and order information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Assist with production order entry and manufacturing documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners as required.
Support shipping documentation, invoicing coordination, and order reconciliation.
Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2–3+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, order management, production coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered an asset.
Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, manufacturing, or custom products is considered an asset.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
