Full job description

4-10 Schedule – every weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!
Full Time/Guaranteed 40 hrs/Week
RRSP Match. $.50 per hour after 1 year service
In-House Training provided for all positions
Easy on-boarding – 3 hr. paid orientation

PRODUCTION LABOURER DUTIES:
Piling and sorting lumber ∙ Manual lifting of materials from approximately 5 pounds to 115 pounds ∙ Feeding and tailing moulders, presses and saws ∙ Applying putty to wood products ∙ General clean up duties

SHIFT TIMES:

Day Shift 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

RATE OF PAY:
Starting hourly rate of $22.73/hr withscheduled wage increases:

46 to 120 shifts worked - $23.30
121 to 240 shifts worked - $23.87
241 to 360 shifts worked - $25.49
361+ shifts worked - $27.18
PLUS $1.50 shift premium at all levels when working afternoons

ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES:

Attendance Bonus - $150.00/month + $150.00/quarter (if all 3 months’ bonus are earned). Total of $2,400.00/year available bonus.
Referral Bonus - $250.00/referral
Medical/Dental/Vision/Extended Health Plan/LTD – eligible after 45 shifts, 75% paid by Woodtone. After 1 year of service, Woodtone will pay 90%.

Grader I - $29.33/hr * Grader 2 - $29.90

Shipper I - $29.33/hr * Shipper 2- $29.90

Air Press Operator - $28.63/hr

Beam Press Operator - $28.63/hr

Package Saw Operator - $28.06/hr

Resaw Operator - $28.63/hr

Clean Up & Fire Watch - $28.06/hr

Adhesive Systems Maintenance - $29.33/hr

Finger Joint Operator - $37.09/hr

Lead Hand – $31.16/hr +

Moulder Technician - $37.09/hr

Grinder Technician - $37.09/hr
