Engineering Sales Associate – Growth opportunity

We are a full service Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Engineering company and we are the exclusive manufacturer’s rep for Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC), a premier cooling tower manufacturer. Our vision is to deliver quality products and exceptional service.

We are a rapidly expanding business, continually adding new HVAC product lines as we grow. Each member of our company has the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success.Some of our more notable projects include the CN Tower, Square One Shopping Centre, Bay Adelaide Centre, Rogers Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, Humber River Hospital, Honda Manufacturing, and Apotex.HVAC is in demand worldwide. It is a stable and a multi-billion dollar industry. As long as there are buildings there will be a need for HVAC design and equipment, and people with such expertise.

Function (What you will do): Due to expansion we are hiring an Engineering Sales Associate whose primary task will be to provide technical and administrative support to our dedicated team of outside sales engineers as you learn the business and develop the industry knowledge, experience and skills to progress into your next role in 1-2 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person

Skills (Who you are): We would love to hear from you if you are a recent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate, or have 1-2 years of HVAC inside sales experience and are looking for a better opportunity. You will be collaborating both inside and outside our company, therefore you must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing with a stellar command of English. We will provide product specific training and are proud to mentor the right candidate to career growth within our organization.
Salary/Perks (What we offer):The salary range for this position is a base of 50 to 55k, plus bonus. In addition we offer: comprehensive health care benefits, a company matched Group RRSP Plan, great colleagues, company organized events, and all the espresso you can drink.
Opportunities (Your future): A move into outside sales is a natural transition for this position, but there are other growth opportunities for entrepreneurial go-getters within our organization. Bachelor of Engineering graduates can work under the guidance of our on-staff P.Eng to attain your P.Eng designation.
