Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, the Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, supporting our mission to deliver innovative control systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
First off inspections: Inspect parts and authorize full production by inspecting part specifications.
Receiving Inspections: Assess incoming material based on product specifications to ensure required standards.
In process Inspections: Monitor and inspect parts during production process to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
Utilize measurement tools such as calipers to perform precise quality assessments.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality and inspection results.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Assist in implementing quality management systems and protocols.
Participate in audits and compliance checks as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and tools.
Proficiency in using measurement instruments like calipers.
Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills for data collection and record keeping.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
