About Us

Master Tech Auto is a fast-growing automotive repair facility committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle repairs. We are looking for a professional, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our team.

If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a career in the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily service calendar.
Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders.
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
Order and source automotive parts when required.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle customer concerns professionally and help provide positive solutions.
Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required).
Previous experience in the automotive industry, automotive parts, dealership, or repair shop is a strong asset.
Candidates without automotive experience may apply if they have a strong willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Must be eager to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
Professional business attire is required every working day.
Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and a neat, well-groomed appearance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be available to work Saturdays and statutory holidays as required.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
