Are you a driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer service? Duncan Hyundai is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and play a key role in our dealership's success.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to driving operational excellence and profitability. As our Parts Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the Parts Department, optimize inventory and processes, grow profitable sales, and ensure an outstanding experience for both our customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve targeted gross profit levels
Manage receivables efficiently and maintain optimal inventory
Promote accessories through strong displays and promotions
Maintain optimal inventory while minimizing investment
Reduce aged and obsolete stock
Maintain accurate perpetual inventory
Track and follow up on all back-ordered parts
Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees
Develop, implement, and enforce customer service guidelines to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

What you bring to the Team?

Proven leadership experience in a parts department
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook (an asset)
Experience with PBS software (an asset)
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Legal authorization to work in Canada
