Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This role involves a mix of landscape construction, maintenance, and civil site work, offering a well-rounded opportunity for individuals looking to build experience across multiple areas of the industry.

You will work alongside experienced team members on a variety of projects, contributing to both new installations and ongoing property maintenance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and is looking for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installations including sod, planting, garden beds, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups
Support civil and site work including excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and granular placement
Prepare and level surfaces, ensuring proper base preparation and compaction
Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, compactors, skid steers, and small tools
Assist around heavy equipment, including spotting and general site support
Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure work is completed to company standards
Adhere to all health and safety protocols

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, civil work, or general labour is an asset
Experience with equipment (skid steer, compactor, mini excavator) is an asset
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
Comfortable lifting and handling materials
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Clean G Class driver’s license (preferred but not required)
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
