Full job description

As our company expands, so does our team! We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Clairmont team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is a key component of the business' operations, collaborating with all levels of staff on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the data entry and accurate auditing of Bills of Lading, generating invoices under tight deadline constraints, as well as reconciling receivable accounts. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Processing invoices and supporting documents in various upload programs such as Open Invoice, Cortex, Jobutrax, Payload, etc
Strong computer skills required
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Organize an effective recovery system and initiate collection efforts
Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch and customers to resolve account discrepancies
Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email; strengthen relationships through timely communication regarding past-due accounts
General Data Entry with a high level of accuracy
Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates
Relay change of information to appropriate individuals
Complete customer account maintenance including credit apps, payment terms, etc.
Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounts receivable as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as Adobe
Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with all key stakeholders
Exceptional analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail required
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task several duties at once and prioritize them.
The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Previous AXON experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
