Overview

We are currently seeking a fluent bilingual (English/French) Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Lachine. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in expense management, auditing, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Position Summary

The Expense Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's expense account processes within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) system. This role manages Procurement Cards (PCARDs), ensures compliance with company purchasing policies, supports financial reporting, and works closely with Finance, IT, and other departments to improve expense management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Card (PCARD) Management

Administer Scotia Procurement Cards (PCARDs), including card issuance and credit limit management.
Maintain expense categories within Dynamics 365 F&O and the Scotia banking platform.
Monitor employee credit limits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Train new employees on expense account procedures and PCARD usage.
Analyze spending trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Audit & Compliance

Audit procurement card transactions and employee expense claims.
Ensure all expenses comply with company policies and supporting documentation requirements.
Reconcile expense accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare audit reports and support monthly financial reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is required.
1–3 years of experience in auditing, expense management, finance, or administration.
Strong understanding of expense management and audit processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, IT, and external vendors.
