Full job description

L'assistant(e) aux achats / acheteur(euse) junior apporte un soutien administratif et opérationnel à l'équipe des achats. Ce poste de début de carrière consiste à veiller à l'exactitude des données d'achat, à faciliter le traitement des commandes, à assurer le suivi des expéditions et à garantir que les informations du système ERP sont à jour et fiables. Nous encourageons les jeunes diplômés motivés de l'enseignement supérieur à postuler. Travelway leur proposera une formation professionnelle complète.

Principales responsabilités

Créer et mettre à jour les bons de commande dans le système ERP.
Veiller à l'exactitude des informations relatives aux fournisseurs, aux tarifs et aux produits.
Saisir et suivre les données relatives aux expéditions en cours de transport.
Suivre les bons de commande et les calendriers de livraison.
Assurer le suivi auprès des fournisseurs concernant le statut des commandes et la documentation.
Vérifier les documents d’expédition et s’assurer que les dossiers sont complets.
Participer à la mise à jour des listes de prix des fournisseurs et à la gestion des données.
Préparer des rapports simples et assister l’équipe des achats dans ses tâches administratives.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus d’achat et à la précision des données.

Qualifications

Bac ou DEC dans un champ lié
Grand souci du détail et sens aigu de l’organisation.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et des systèmes ERP.
Solides compétences en communication et en suivi.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.

The Purchasing Assistant / Junior Buyer provides administrative and operational support to the Purchasing team. This entry-level role is responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing data, supporting order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring information in the ERP system is current and reliable. We encourage motivated recent college and university graduates to apply. Travelway will provide comprehensive job training.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update purchase orders in the ERP system.
Maintain accurate vendor, pricing, and product information.
Enter and monitor in-transit shipment data.
Track purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Follow up with suppliers on order status and documentation.
Review shipping documents and ensure records are complete.
Assist with vendor price list updates and data maintenance.
Prepare basic reports and support the Purchasing team with administrative tasks.
Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or DEC in a relevant field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
