Define its vision, strategy, roadmap, growth opportunities, and investment priorities, and be accountable for its long-term success, including identifying the people, capabilities, and resources needed to achieve that success.

Responsibilities

Own the complete RTINGS.com product experience, ensuring users can easily understand, compare, decide, and make better buying decisions from our work
Define and lead the product roadmap for key user and member experiences across RTINGS.com website and future App
Deeply understand RTINGS.com users through data, user research, feedback, and hands-on use of the product
Identify opportunities to improve user experiences around product discovery, comparison flows, recommendation experiences, purchase decision support, and post-purchase value
Work closely with Product Category, Community, Development, and Growth teams to turn user needs into high-impact product improvements
Use metrics such as monthly active paid members, monthly active users, retention, and price clicks to evaluate product health and guide priorities
Build a strong product culture focused on user value, clear priorities, fast iteration, and measurable results
Help define the future of RTINGS.com as a product experience, including opportunities such as personalization, tools, apps, logged-in experiences, and new member benefits

You focus on understanding users: what they need, where they struggle, and what would make RTINGS.com more useful to them
You think in systems and can connect user needs, business goals, product design, content, data, and technical execution
You enjoy being hands-on and working closely with the product
You are data-driven and practical. You prioritize measurable impact

Qualification/Experience

7+ years as a Product Manager, Head of Product, Head of Digital Product or Product leadership experience, with experience owning a consumer digital product, subscription product, marketplace, media product, or other high-traffic user-facing product
Experience defining product strategy and translating it into a practical roadmap with clear priorities
Strong understanding of user experience, product discovery, engagement, retention, and conversion
Experience using product metrics, analytics, experimentation, and user research to make decisions
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Able to work independently and make high-quality decisions with incomplete information
You understand the RTINGS.com brand, what differentiates us, and why users trust us
Good English communication skills, written and verbal, to understand our international audience and product
