What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers navigate one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with customers and helping them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
Building trust and creating an exceptional customer experience
Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives
Following up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
Managing customer relationships through our CRM system
Learning product knowledge and continuously improving your sales skills
Working with the team to deliver a smooth and professional buying experience
Representing Nanaimo AutoBahn with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism
