What You will Do

Lead Client Engagements

Oversee assurance, compilation, review, and tax engagements from initial planning through final delivery
Review financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
Provide clear, practical guidance to clients on accounting, tax, and business matters
Serve as a primary contact for clients, maintaining strong and responsive working relationships

Support and Develop Your Team

Guide, coach, and mentor team members at various stages of their careers
Review work with a focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
Contribute to staff development and ongoing training initiatives
Promote a collaborative environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions and growing their skills

Manage Workflow and Delivery

Coordinate engagements, ensuring timelines and standards are met
Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are achieved
Improve internal processes where appropriate to support efficiency and consistency
Help monitor workload distribution to maintain a steady and sustainable pace for the team

What You Bring

CPA designation (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in
Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and taxation
Experience reviewing engagements and guiding junior staff
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and organized way
