**This is an in-office position

**Il s'agit d'un poste en présentiel, sans télétravail.

Position Overview: To be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Verifies daily entries against system reports to ensure complete data accuracy.
Analyzes invoices and expense reports to code expenses to correct accounts.
Manages the payment cycle by tracking discounts, verifying tax IDs, scheduling checks, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Processes employee reimbursements by verifying expense reports and preparing check payments.
Reconciles vendor accounts by auditing monthly statements and related transactions.
Maintains organized historical archives by systematically filing financial documents.
Calculates and reports sales tax requirements based on paid invoice records.
Protects organizational value by maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
Implements and supports daily operations in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Diploma in accounting or equivalent professional experience in a finance environment

Require Languages:

Written and spoken French is required
Written and spoken English* is required

*(Some platforms and/or customers may only speak English (US, ROC, and International Markets)

Présentation du poste : Être chargé du traitement de toutes les factures reçues en vue de leur paiement et d’effectuer les paiements à l’ensemble des créanciers de manière précise, efficace et dans les délais impartis.

Responsabilités :

Vérifier les écritures quotidiennes par rapport aux rapports du système afin de garantir l’exactitude totale des données.
Analyser les factures et les notes de frais afin de comptabiliser les dépenses sur les comptes appropriés.
Gérer le cycle de paiement en assurant le suivi des remises, en vérifiant les numéros d’identification fiscale, en planifiant les chèques et en résolvant les écarts de facturation.
Traiter les remboursements des salariés en vérifiant les notes de frais et en préparant les paiements par chèque.
Effectuer le rapprochement des comptes fournisseurs en vérifiant les relevés mensuels et les transactions associées.
Tenir à jour des archives historiques organisées en classant systématiquement les documents financiers.
Calculer et déclarer les obligations en matière de taxe sur les ventes sur la base des registres des factures payées.
Protège les actifs de l’organisation en garantissant la confidentialité absolue des informations financières.
Met en œuvre et soutient les opérations quotidiennes conformément aux normes de qualité ISO 9001:2015.

Vous pouvez être amené(e) à exercer d’autres fonctions, dans la mesure de vos capacités et de votre niveau de responsabilité, afin de répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.

Qualifications :

Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que commis aux comptes fournisseurs
Solide compréhension des principes de base de la comptabilité générale et de la comptabilité fournisseurs
Capacité avérée à calculer, enregistrer et gérer les données comptables et les documents financiers
Compétences en saisie de données, grande rigueur et souci du détail
Expérience pratique des tableurs et des logiciels propriétaires
Sens du service client et aptitudes à la négociation
Diplôme en comptabilité ou expérience professionnelle équivalente dans un environnement financier

Langues requises :

La maîtrise du français écrit et parlé est requise
La maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé* est requise
